As sisters, we both struggled with body image and finding workout clothes that felt comfortable, flattering, and supportive. No matter how many brands we tried, something always seemed to be missing.

For Arlie, SORELLA’s founder, the challenge was fit. With an hourglass figure, leggings often fit her hips but left a gap at the waistband, making it difficult to find activewear that felt secure and flattering. That frustration inspired us to create something different. We intentionally designed our XS waistbands to come in more than traditional activewear brands, helping create a more tailored fit and eliminating that unwanted waistband gap. We also believe comfort should never be compromised, which is why many of our sports bras feature adjustable designs to accommodate different body types and preferences.

For Rorie, SORELLA’s co-founder, the struggle was support and confidence. She often felt like activewear wasn’t compressive enough, leaving her feeling self-conscious during workouts. Together, we worked to develop fabrics that provide the perfect balance of compression, comfort, and support—helping women feel secure, confident, and empowered in what they’re wearing.
