Refund policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags must still be attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Exchanges
  • If you need a different size or color, you may request an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
